Sangamam Register

1.  Registration forms received without full payment will not be accepted.
2. Walk-in registration will not be allowed.
3. Please make the payment directly to the registration committee members/NAMKC committee members/regional registration coordinators. Please make the checks payable to “NAMKC, Inc” or to the NAMKC Zelle account “namkc2013@gmail.com”.
4. There will be a discounted parking fee of $8 per day for each vehicle parked on the premises.
5. In the event of a cancellation, a refund is not guaranteed. The NAMKC board of directors will evaluate the reason for the cancellation after the Knanaya Sangamam based on the merits of the reason for cancellation. Refunds would only be considered for genuine medical conditions or life events like death in the immediate family.
6. As an attendee of the Knanaya Sangamam, I acknowledge and accept the responsibility of safety, liability
and medical insurance for myself & the members listed on the form. I will not hold the NAMKC Committee or the attendees of the Sangamam responsible for the safety and liability during our stay at the Sangamam. In case of an emergency, I give permission for emergency medical treatment. I agree to abide by the local, state, and Federal law. Any damage to the hotel room will be my responsibility.
7. You are required to present your credit card at the time of hotel check-in for incidental charges.
8. Rooms will be allotted on a first come first serve basis and registration will be closed once sold out.
9. NAMKC may update or modify information on this form without prior notice.
10. Check-in at the hotel begins at 1:00 pm on July 18th and check out time will be 1:00 pm on July 21st.
